SPM embraces a talent-centered strategy for corporate growth. We have built an ecosystem for attracting, nurturing, deploying, and retaining talent. This has created a virtuous cycle that enables sci-tech innovation through talent development and promotes industrial progress with technological achievements. Over the years, we have evolved into a talent reservoir for China’s precious metals sector.SPM hires approximately 2,000 employees, with about 3% holding a Ph.D., 13% holding a master’s degree, and 41% holding a bachelor’s degree. In addition, roughly 12% of SPM employees hold deputy senior or senior titles. About 25% of our employees are professional managers, 15% hold R&D posts, 16% specialize in production & manufacturing, 6% focus on marketing, and 38% are skilled professionals.
